Managing your subscriptions
To manage your subscriptions, simply visit the Subscriptions Tab of the Account Manager. Here you will find all your existing subscriptions and how they are presently being used.
The table will tell you:
- A summary of the subscription plan
- The next payment date
- The status of the subscription
- The list of sites that are using this subscription. Clicking on the sites will bring you to the Site Editor for that site. If the subscription is not used entirely, a button will appear and will configure a New Site when selected.
Each subscription will also have some buttons depending on its status:
- will renew your subscription. Depending on the current status of your subscription, this may require you to go to Amazon to authorize the subscription.
- will not renew your subscription. Until the expiration date of your subscription, you will still be able to continue using the service, but after that date, you will no longer be charged for the service and you will not be able to use the service. To reenable the service, please use the button.
- will allow you to edit your payment details by bringing you back to Amazon Payments. You will need to login to your Amazon.com account to edit these details.
- will show you a transaction history for the subscription.
